Han's Motor has developed linear motors for various application requirements: ironless linear motor LSMU series, iron core linear motor LSMF series (natural cooling), iron core linear motor LSMD series (bilateral stator), carbon fiber board ironless linear motor,voice coil Linear motors and tubular linear motors are mainly used in the automation industry; iron core water-cooling linear motors (LSMF series)are mainly used in the machine tool industry. 1. High reliability
Han's motor have started to produce 5000N iron-core water-cooling slotless linear motor in batches, which apply to the high-end machine tool industry since 2006. The high-end machine tool industry has the highest reliability requirements for linear motors. 2. High motor constant and high thrust density
Ironless linear motor mainly adopts I-shaped lap winding structure and high spacer factor process. Iron core linear motor adopts low-loss design and manufacturing process. Therefore, Han's precision linear motor has the advantages of small size and low heat generation, small losses and small size can generate high thrust.High motor constant and high thrust density oflinear motor system are beneficial to the miniaturization of machine and reduce the overall cost of machine.
