1.1 Working environment
(1) Temperature: 0℃～40℃;
(2) Humidity: 20%～80%;
(3) No corrosive medium and no strong magnetic field interference;
(4) Round wire of power grid meets the requirements of the computer room national standard.
1.2 Maintenance items
(1) The stator part of linear motor is a flat linear magnet motor module. Since the gantry stage is an open structure, please special take care: don’t allow magnetic or easily magnetized objects to enter the moving magnet motor stage. It is recommended to regularly use a high-pressure air gun to remove the dust for permanent magnet module, which can extend the service life of the direct drive linear stage.
(2) The linear motor is equipped with RSF grating ruler.The grating ruler is a precise and expensive part. It is recommended to gently wipe the surface of the tape with lens cleaning paper (acetone or absolute alcohol for optional).It is absolutely forbidden to wipe the glass tape with other chemicals.
(3) Refuel the guide rail regularly, and please be careful, don’t let the oil get on the grating scale tape when refueling.
(4) The installation requirements of mover are relatively high, and there is a reasonable gap between the mover and stator.Generally, users are not allowed to disassemble and install the mover by themselves to avoid unqualified reassembly by non-professionals.
(5) During long-distance transportation, the linear motor platform should be put into a special wooden box, and the mover should be fixed well to avoid damage.
