2.1 Precautions before operation
(1) Please read this product manual, the installation and operation manual of the grating system, the driver product manual, the debugging personnel must have basic experience in using electric drive products;
(2) The driver needs to be configured by professionals;
(3) Ensure that there is no iron filings and dust on the guide rail and stator;
(4) Ensure that the foundation of installation custom stages is stable;
2.2 Precautions during operation:
(1) The person should not stand at both ends of the linear motor xy motion stage, the body parts should not be within the motion range of linear positioning stage. The speed of linear motor is very fast, loss of control or rapid movement may cause casualties;
(2) During the debugging process, it is best to keep the linear motor mover in the middle of the guide rail toavoid unnecessary collisions;
(3) When entering the initial parameters, the various parameters cannot exceed the technical indicators of the product model;
(4) When the driver is powered on, it is forbidden to plug and unplug the electrical connection line to avoid electric shock and damage to the driver.
